Tips to stay staffed for busy season

• Create an ‘About Us’ video to show off your awesome culture (great for use on Facebook with targeted ads and Glassdoor business profiles)
• Utilize Facebook ads and Facebook Jobs to find ideal candidates
• Post your open positions on all sites that potential candidates may be looking on
