How to Update Your Hours on Google My Business

Avoid losing customers to your competition with the dreaded confusing message ‘holiday may affect hours’ by updating your hours as ‘open’ or ‘closed’ ahead of time.

Here’s how to update your Google My Business hours:
1. Log in to your Google listing at Google.com/Business
2. Click on the Info tab
3. Click the edit icon near the Special Hours section
4. Add the special hours you’ll be open, or closed, for each holiday
5. Click Apply
